1. Processing Time & Fees
Every EPOCH▪ order is a piece of history in the making, and we treat it as such.

Order Processing: Please allow 2–4 business days for our team to conduct quality inspections and package your items before they begin their journey.

Peak Seasons (Holiday/New Year): During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee: To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a flat $2.99 Shipping Fee on all orders, regardless of destination.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because your order is traveling through a specialized global network to reach your doorstep, delivery windows vary by region:

3. Tracking Your Legacy
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Updates: Tracking information usually takes 1–3 business days to sync with the carrier’s system after the label is created.

Movement: If the status doesn't change daily, rest assured your package is securely in transit across the globe.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For our international citizens, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

EPOCH▪ is not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.
5. Modifications & Cancellations
To ensure timely delivery, our fulfillment process begins almost immediately.

Changes: If you need to correct an address or cancel an order, please email service@buyepoch.com within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has entered the processing stage, it is part of the "Epoch Journey" and cannot be modified or canceled.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Damaged Items: If your commemorative apparel arrives damaged, please send a photo to our support team within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost in Transit: If the carrier officially confirms your package is lost, we will honor our commitment to you by sending a replacement free of charge.
